 2 - Roll around the finger
 3 - With a pen mark the limit
 4 - Measure the strip with a ruler (mm)
 5 - You can then compare the value with the table below
 6 - When in doubt between two sizes, choose the smallest.

      Care of jewellery

      Our Sins jewellery is resistant but delicate. Therefore, it is important to take some precautions that will not only protect the pieces from possible damage but also preserve their color and shine for much longer.

      • Avoid contact with cosmetics or cleaning products;
      • Handle the pieces with care, avoiding friction with other surfaces;
      • Clean your pieces periodically with a soft cloth, soap, and water;
      • Remove the pieces before any sports activity;
      • Pack the pieces carefully, separating necklaces and bracelets to prevent them from becoming tangled;
      • When you're not wearing your pieces, keep them closed and as isolated from oxygen as possible.

      Silver is originally silver and gold is just a plating, so it doesn't last forever.

      Even with all the care in the world, it is natural that your jewellery will need maintenance in the future. In the case of rings, durability is considerably lower due to greater contact with water and each person's pH.

      ring multicolorin 925 silver. This one ring It is made and faded by hand with zirconias of various colors*.

      Being a manual piece, there may be variations in the colors of zirconias stuck in ring. Sizes outside our Standard N12, N14 and N16 are considered customizations, so it is not possible to change or return.

      Most of our jewelry comes with several options that you can add to your order. Customizations such as size alteration, special engraving, a beautiful gift box, a postcard with a message written by you, or a gold plating with microns are some examples.

      Anything done with love and perfection may take a little longer, but it's always worth it! ;)

      All articles have a 2 -year warranty, from the date that the purchase invoice is issued. However, the Our Sins Excludes any liability for damage to articles due to lack of precaution and for unsuccessful and neglected use.

      All products are made of precious metals:

      • Silver 925: with rusty bath or bath gold.
      • gold 19 carats: legally certified byINCM - National Press House of Mint.

      The pieces Our Sins are certified by the contrast of INCM that "provide this warranty by verifying the legal touch (precious metal expertage contained in a league) and the application of contrast to the manufacturer responsibility mark or equivalent" according to INCM on your site.

      Brands are only required in weights greater than 2 grams for silver pieces, and 0.5 grams for gold.

      If in doubt about the authenticity of the parts, the buyer can resort to the services of the contrasts for the purpose of verifying the authenticity of the material.

      If for any reason it is not fully satisfied with your order, you should inform us to email shop@oursins.com within 14 days of receipt, specifying the reason for exchange or return. Custom jewelry cannot be returned.

      It is only possible to exchange or return as long as the piece is in the state where it was purchased and presenting the invoice as well as the order number.

      We therefore recommend that you keep the order on the package along with the document. The exchange is only allowed by an article of equal or higher value, having in the latter case of paying the remainder missing.
