Orders Survey in Store

Our Sins It makes available to its customers the possibility of lifting your orders online in some stores (Pick Up points). The store survey has a value of 2 €.

  1. They should only choose the store survey if they can actually physically move to the store to survey. Although introducing your address on the checkout, the order will not come at any time the customer's home. To receive the order at home you must choose the normal or express shipping.
  2. Since physical stores and online store work with different stocks, your order will not be available for survey automatically after purchase. You will have to wait for our part that the order is available for a survey and only at this time moving to the store.
  3. Sending orders to stores is performed every working day, exactly as a normal shipping home.
  4. For the survey of the pieces in store, you will receive a confirmation whatsapp that you should present in the store to lift the order.
  5. All exchanges of articles purchased online with store survey will have to be performed by contact by email to info@oursins.with. No exchanges will be made in store.
  6. Pick Up stores are only brand representatives who are not responsible for buying, exchanging or returning online articles. For any subject or question, you should contact us through email info@oursins.with.
  7. If you chose the store survey but in reality I wanted to choose delivery at home, you should contact us by email to info@oursins.with so that you can pay the shipping and your order will be processed again.
  8. If you have chosen the pick up survey by mistake, there will be an additional cost associated for the return of your order.
